MODULE 3: Worry
It's easy for us to give way to worry. In fact, when we're caught up in that emotion, we're simply told not to worry. But if I were to tell you not to think of something, chances are, you're going to think of it that much more. Leaving the command "don't worry" as the final prescription doesn't really work. But what if worry wasn't the root of the problem? What if worry was a symptom of something else?
